About Me
I’m Norris Wampler.
I’m a multimedia marketing specialist who works across web, video, photography, design, and live events — building things that look good, work well, and actually connect with people.
My Story
It started with a camera and a couple dumb videos.
I was raised in Lenoir City, Tennessee — part of the Wampler sausage family, a name that’s been around the area for a long time. I grew up around people who worked hard, showed up early, and didn’t cut corners.
My dad played football at the University of Tennessee and went on to play professionally, so I grew up a VOL for life with a strong sense of discipline and work ethic.
But creatively, it started way simpler. In middle school, my best friend Kipper and I would make random YouTube videos — nothing serious, just figuring things out. That’s where I realized I loved creating.
By the time I was 15, I was DJing events. My mom would drive me to gigs, sit through them, and take me home. From there, I got pulled deeper into media — live events, audio, video, and eventually into web and marketing.
What Shaped Me
Work hard. Be creative. Figure it out.
I didn’t come up through one single lane. I learned by doing — DJing events, running sound, filming, editing, building websites, and solving problems as they came up.
That mix of creativity and practicality is how I approach everything now. I care about how something looks, but also how it functions and why it matters.
Whether it’s a website, a video, or a full marketing push, I’m always thinking about how it connects, how it communicates, and how it actually helps.
Life
Husband. Dad. Still creating.
I met my wife, and now we have one beautiful daughter who’s growing up way too fast.
That’s changed everything — how I work, what I value, and why I build what I build.
At the end of the day, I still love creating — but now it’s not just about the work, it’s about building something meaningful.
